An unforgettable stay

The owners are very welcoming, thoughtful and attentive. The villa is simply magnificent: very clean, spacious and pleasant, with everything you could need (nothing is missing), and a lovely swimming pool. The villa is ideally situated amongst the pine trees, close to the centre, where there is absolute peace and quiet. We had a truly wonderful family weekend (15 of us) – so much so that we would have loved to stay longer. This weekend will stay with us forever. A huge thank you to the lovely owners. Don’t change a thing… everything is perfect.

Family weekend

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Villa les Tulipes as a family and everyone was delighted. This house is very well equipped, nothing is missing. Everything is well thought out for the comfort of all, young and old. The swimming pool is a real asset, especially with heated water. Superb villa for family holidays

Very nice house in Ronce les bains. Well-equipped, spacious for several families with children. Heated pool and quiet terrace. Only drawback: not much garden for children, but plenty of games (ping pong, baby, etc.) and especially well located near the beach, casino and covered market, all within walking distance.

A pleasant Christmas holiday

Well-located gîte, in a green and quiet setting, close to the town center. The villa is very functional and well equipped and we appreciated the warm welcome from the owners as well as their responsiveness. It was pleasant to walk from the house through the forest to the beaches of the Côte Sauvage. We had a great Christmas holiday with our children and grandchildren and would recommend this rental.

Enchanted interlude

What can we say about this stay except that a weekend is far too short !!!!! In this beautifully decorated house with its swimming pool, everything has been thought of to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Nothing and no-one has been forgotten, whether in the well-equipped kitchen or in the facilities, not to mention the downstairs sitting area which delighted young and old alike..... As for the little ones, they have everything they need (bathtubs, adapted toilet seats....). The whole family thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Thank you to the owners for their warm welcome. I highly recommend !!!

Royal, Quiet and well located

Superb weekend

Great weekend with friends in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The villa is very well located, close to shops, market and beach, and extremely well equipped and designed for 16 people. Recharge your batteries as a family!

We spent a wonderful week at Villa des Tulipes with 3 generations under one roof. We received a warm welcome from the owners and their employee. Despite the mixed weather, there was plenty to keep everyone busy: walks in the forest, on the beach on foot or on electric scooters for some (a great success!), mushroom picking, fishing on foot, an escape game in the coubre lighthouse... no time to get bored! The Villa is spacious and very well appointed. Our children loved the dormitory and games room, where we spent memorable evenings playing table soccer and board games! The ideal place to recharge your batteries as a family!

Stay at the villa les tulipes

Your villa was just what we needed. We had a great time as a family. The children were delighted with the table soccer and the room where they all slept together. My whole family thanked me for the very good choice of gîte, so thank you again for this short stay. We had dinner on Saturday at "Chez Gaby" in La Tremblade. Very good restaurant with a great atmosphere and a warm welcome.

Top vacations

Great week, in a great villa in a great location. The short walk to the market in the morning is really nice. The villa is really top-notch, spacious, clean and very well equipped. Maguy and Éric are very friendly and available. Elya's welcome is perfect too. The outside is ideal, with its immense pine trees above our heads providing shade, especially during the heat wave we had. It was a lovely vacation...Maguy.Eric...we'll be back.

We had a very pleasant stay at the villa des tulipes. The house is very well equipped and very comfortable. The swimming pool is an added bonus. The accommodation is very well located. We appreciated the walking distance to the various shops and the proximity of the cycle path. The various "rules and regulations" we received in addition to the contract were very detailed; this may have sometimes surprised us before our arrival, but the owners' warm welcome and thoughtfulness quickly reassured us and we obviously understood that it was for the good of our stay.

W.end with friends at the top!

We were a group of 17 people to spend the weekend of Nov 11 with friends at "La Villa des Tulipes" and we were all delighted with our stay. In addition to having great weather, this accommodation has all the conditions for everything to go very well. The place, the space, the equipment, the decoration and of course the hygiene: everything was there. The organization of the owner is irreproachable: Sympathy, contract, services, commitments...

No complaints

The WE went very well, the reception on Friday evening was friendly and clear as on Sunday afternoon for our departure. The bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounges and dining room are very good and clean. Kitchen utensils are very numerous as well as household appliances. Given the bad weather we could not use the pool and the plancha. The location of the villa is very close to the center. The owners have always responded to our expectations with attention. The contracts are made with rigor and allow lessors and tenants to be well informed and guaranteed.

Perfect !

Maguy and her husband take great care, they give good advice on how to enjoy the region. The house is true to the description, with beautiful volumes and sufficient space for our 3 separate families. The children had fun with the games available and the dome of the swimming pool allows you to enjoy swimming despite the capricious weather. Housekeeping was very well done. Nothing to say, you can go there with your eyes closed.

Very nice family stay

We really appreciated the exchanges with the owners for the rental: very friendly, attentive and very well organized. We had a warm welcome at the villa and everything has been well thought out to have access to the information we need for the house during our stay (the sanitary kit is a nice plus). The villa is clean, warm, with spaces and equipment that met our needs well (we were 12 people). The children really enjoyed the swimming pool. The adults too! We had a very pleasant stay and we recommend this rental.

Comfortable and quiet

Perfect stay

Located in a cul-de-sac, the house appears at first glance rather small with old-fashioned gates, but when you enter this impression disappears. The house is very large, bright and very well appointed.

The kitchen has everything you need, the large table suggests a nice atmosphere. Below we discover a large living room. The rooms are comfortable. Great attention is paid by the owners to hygiene. Friendly welcome. Thanks to Cédric for his kindness, the discovery of the Cayenne channel and the oysters directly from the producer. To go for a walk, the beach is 10 minutes away on foot. We had a great Christmas with our children.

Ideal house for large family

Ideal house for a large family, well decorated and super well equipped. (including lots of storage, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges .....). The children really enjoyed their space. The first impression is not necessarily the right one.

The villa looks very small from the outside, the gate is a little faded but in fact,  The Villa is very pleasant, spacious and clean.

In terms of equipment: very satisfactory

Cédric, who received us, is very welcoming and gave us a good presentation of the rented property.

Small downsides:

* High price, especially for the season and without a heated pool (at least until the All Saints holidays)

* equipment for children, not or not 100% functional (Wii console but without battery for the controllers, electronic darts but without mains adapter).

Very pleasant villa

We spent a great week with the family at the villa les tulipes, the house is ideal for getting together with the family. We did not miss anything, the interior and exterior equipment is very significant. Private swimming pool, games room for adults and children, table tennis... etc. pleasant rooms, top-notch household equipment, we only missed the sun which this year was sulking a little, this did not prevent us from going from great family vacation. Indeed the bicycles present on the property are only for “private use”, this is the reason why it is not mentioned in the advertisement or in the inventory. We do not offer them to our tenants because they are old and in a pitiful state of maintenance. However, many rental professionals are present in Ronce and its surroundings to meet your needs in the area.

The 3Cs, Comfort - Calm - Charm

We have just spent 15 days with the family at Villa les Tulipes and our stay was really very pleasant.

The villa is charming, despite a few less decorative notes due to the sanitary measures linked to the Covid.

Everything is very comfortable: very good quality bedding, sofa ditto. The renovations have been done with taste and quality materials. Nestled in the pine forest 10/15 minutes walk from the daily market, what more could you ask for, the environment is really very calm and pleasant, you can even sleep with the windows open.

Wish we would go back there.

Very good stay in a pleasant house, practical and adapted to the number of people. Neat decoration. However, we regret the disgusting barbecues that we had to clean before using them, the bay windows and mirrors not cleaned and the terraces that we swept ourselves . Beautiful region rental to advise

The BBQs are fully cleaned by us at the start of the season. You must have noticed the display of a message specifying: “The cleaning of the BBQ remains the responsibility of the users even if the end-of-stay cleaning option has been validated. If you find the BBQs dirty when you arrive, it means that the holidaymakers who preceded you cannot read". We are happy that you still have good memories of your stay at Villa Les Tulipes.

A dream stay

Gathered as a family in this magnificent villa, we had a dream holiday. Tastefully decorated, you feel good right away. All the crockery and equipment have been thought out down to the smallest detail. Very spacious, it allows everyone to be able to isolate themselves if necessary. The swimming pool delights young and old alike and the games room still resounds with all these good times shared by all. Ideally located close to shops (very nice market) and the sea.  Starting point for many walks, we will come back with great pleasure.

Great family stay in this super equipped villa! Grandchildren, children and grandparents have found their happiness there. The heated pool is a big plus. The exchanges with the owner are efficient and pleasant.

Excellent family stay

Very nice service, close to the page and shops. Ideal for a family stay. We were able to enjoy the (heated) swimming pool despite the mixed weather. Nice rental for 17 people

We rented this house for a family reunion, parents and children were delighted with this very well designed accommodation, the large table in the living room allows everyone to gather, same thing in the garden... The games room in the basement is very pleasant for children, the rooms are very pretty, the swimming pool was very clean and some enjoyed it, I strongly recommend this rental!

Super ausgestattetes wunderschönes Haus für größere Familien oder Gruppen

Wir waren mit 15 Personen im Oktober in dem ruhig gelegen Haus. Es war fantastisch ausgestattet: von Brettspielen bis zum Schnellkochtopf war alles vorhanden! Leider konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen, da es nicht beheizt war und das Wasser für uns doch recht kalt war. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und zu dieser Jahreszeit fast Menschen leer.

Super nice house, very well equipped and very well appointed. We were very well received. However, we were very disappointed (to say the least) with the unheated swimming pool. It is nowhere specified that the swimming pool is not heated. Imagine our disappointment but especially that of 5 children who were just waiting to jump into the water...

It all started with courteous and always pleasant exchanges with the owner.

The administration is very serious. 

Then the cottage pleased our 4 families where everyone was unanimous: It is very nicely decorated and clean. The cottage is particularly well equipped with coordinated elements. Each master bedroom has its own privacy. The 3 bathrooms are perfect. We are ready to go back!

Perfect

We discovered this magnificent villa for 1 week from 29/07 to 5/08, and everyone was able to find a space that suited them. We took advantage of the pool, played wild games of table football and darts. Quiet and close to everything on foot (market, shops, beaches, cinema...) We discovered a pretty region where life is good.

Beautiful house well equipped and close to amenities

The house is completely renovated and decorated with great taste.

It is very well equipped (lots of kitchen equipment, games for children (wii, ping pong, table football), bicycles available...). It is close to the center of Ronce, which makes it possible to go to the market on foot. It is a quiet neighborhood. The swimming pool is covered (it allows swimming in poor weather).
