A magical interlude

We had a wonderful stay at Villa du Haras! 

From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the warm welcome: the hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, doing everything they could to make us feel right at home. The cottage is simply impeccable: optimal comfort, spotless cleanliness, and tasteful, elegant, and warm decor, creating an atmosphere that is both cozy and refined. The spa is a real highlight that makes all the difference: a moment of absolute relaxation in a lush, calm, and soothing setting, ideal for recharging your batteries and making the most of your stay.

Everything has been thought out down to the smallest detail to offer a top-tier experience.

Just perfect

As soon as you arrive, the tone is set... Maguy and Eric's welcome is extraordinarily kind and warm... And the rest is just as good: a cozy house, tastefully decorated, with a garden full of trees and flowers where you can relax... Everything is provided for, from the bedrooms to the bathrooms, not to mention the fully equipped kitchen. Add air conditioning in all the bedrooms and you have the perfect combination. 

The village is absolutely peaceful and close to many tourist attractions...

We loved our stay and plan to return...

A perfectly equipped home

Perfect stay in pleasant surroundings

The house is beautifully decorated and offers all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends.

The big plus: all the basic necessities are provided, which makes packing lighter :-)

The managers are charming and go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one.

The house is well placed for touring the region, visiting the various points of interest and enjoying the coastline.

Fantastic stay

A very pretty villa, pleasant to live in, nicely decorated, functional and well-equipped, with room for 8 people (we were 2 families with children). The area is very pretty to visit and the villa is ideally located.

A little corner of paradise

Delightful stay with friends (parents with grown-up teenagers)...very welcoming and extremely available owners (with hiking tips...), the house is perfect in every way...spacious garden with relaxation area, summer lounge for aperitifs, jacuzzi (mini-pool much appreciated! ), dining area with shaded terrace, tastefully decorated interior, air-conditioned bedrooms, huge separate living and dining room....it's simple no faults!!! level of house organization and cleanliness second to none ...(and we've been renting vacation homes for 20 years. ...!!) ...everything is there (kitchen equipment, plancha, badminton set, molki etc...) ...the location is perfect in an alley in a small village where absolute tranquility reigns at a distance from the summer hustle and bustle of the Ile d'Oléron... all shops and supermarkets are a 5-minute drive away...in my opinion, the price/performance ratio is unrivalled in the region...in short, not to be missed...we'll be delighted to return with our teenagers (each has their own space, which guarantees appreciable rest even with youngsters ;)

Always perfect

Our 2022 vacation was so relaxing in this idyllic setting that we've come back! Very helpful and friendly hosts

Very nicely furnished and well maintained vacation home. Modernly furnished, technically high quality and everything works 100% - many extras. Separate bedroom with private bathroom offers retreat. All bedrooms and living rooms and kitchen separately to darken and air conditioning. Clothes forgotten by us were sent directly home. Maximum recommendation!

A charming haven of peace

3 weeks of vacation in this superb house full of charm whose decoration is a success. Large spaces: outside and inside, everything in the house has been designed so that nothing is missing in order to enjoy a perfect moment of relaxation! The village is charming and calm, while benefiting from all the shops and beaches which are only a few km away. Thanks to the managers for their responsiveness and advice.
