Pleasant stay

The house matched the description of the site and our expectations, with the added bonus of the much-appreciated mosquito nets and a spacious shady garden. The location is ideal for shopping (daily market) and cycling.

A lovely vacation at the Villa des îles d'or

Perfect for holidays

The house is very functional with all the necessary equipment and the shaded garden is perfect for outdoor dining. Shops and the market are within walking distance. Ideal for a few days of holiday near the sea.

Quiet and well located

A quiet location under the pines but also sunny and ideally located, close to the market and the halls, the center, the ocean and a forest with many walks, with all amenities to offer a very pleasant stay.

Good value for money. Good location in Ronce except telephone relay antenna too close (I am sensitive to waves). Suggestions: see for a larger fridge that makes freezer for ice cream.

Insufficient benefits

We unfortunately found the benefits of this house unfortunately insufficient for the rental price! The house was dirty when we arrived. The kitchen lacks equipment (thrifty, cutting board ...). The mattresses are of very poor quality (beware of back pain). Beef we are disappointed with this rental.

You did not express your dissatisfaction with the cleaning to the concierge company when you arrived or left (it would have been more appropriate to discuss this with the people directly concerned). Regarding kitchen equipment, it seems that some utensils have "disappeared" since the inventory at the beginning of the year. We have replaced these as and when the information that has been communicated to us, so it will be the same for the economical knife and the cutting board. You are the only tenants to complain about the quality of the beds, we nevertheless take note of your remarks in order to improve our services next season.

Mixed reviews

House well located, 5 minutes by bike from the center of Ronce. Very pleasant exterior, the terrace under the oaks and pines allows to have well shaded places. More mixed opinion about the interior: the washing machine did not work (we had to go to the laundry), it lacked some essentials like stove and thrifty.

Thanks to the information you posted, we "discovered" that the washing machine was broken. We therefore proceeded to replace it the following week since it was not possible to have it repaired. We also added 2 stoves to perfect the kitchen equipment.

In the shade of pine trees

15 days spent in this villa under the pines. Quiet, relaxing, a perfect place to eat outside near a large barbecue. Inside there is everything you need. Two small flats, the aging washing machine rather noisy and the refrigerator a little small. Otherwise we can't wait to come back.
