As good as ever!

As regulars of this villa, we always have a great time. Spacious, with no shortage of utensils in the house, it's ideal for family vacations. Beware, however, of ageing and maintenance: (very) dirty outside tablecloths on arrival and ageing planchas (a barbecue would also be a plus😉). But this is quickly erased by the kindness and responsiveness of our hosts! I'm sure I'll be back with pleasure!

Large, comfortable house

We are a tribe of 14 people (Parents, 5 children and 5 grandchildren, + 1 dog). This house proved to be perfect for us: good sleeping arrangements, very good equipment, ... We'll be back if the opportunity arises.

Family stay

We were delighted with our stay at Villa Papili. It is very well equipped and close to all amenities and the beach. We were able to enjoy the daily entertainment of Ronce Les Bains without the inconvenience of noise. I'd recommend it to family and friends, you'll be delighted.

Brilliant family stay (7 adults and 4 children)

We couldn't find a better place to get together as a family. Ideal location near the shops of the carnival of the beach, restaurants. Unequaled comfort, decoration and equipment. A summer kitchen, planchas, large tables, everything to spend a wonderful week. Reception and availability, everything to make us want to come back.

Stay at the top

We had a great stay despite the capricious weather. The house is super well equipped and the bedding is top notch. Next to Place Brochard: a dream for children. Located next to the ideal market for the morning walk. Only small downside: complicated to park all the cars as the street is very popular with holidaymakers wanting to go for a walk in Ronce.

Great family vacation!!

We stayed two weeks at Villa Papili. We were between 8 and 12 at the height of the second week. This house is very pleasant, very well suited for young and old. And perfectly equipped! Near the center, everything is done on foot.. The people in charge of the property are very helpful, responsive and charming.. (Maggy and Cédric for those we met).. The nearby sea is also a positive point for lovers of walking and paddleboarding. The beautiful beaches are by car or bike but very easy to access! We recommend this rental and will come back with great pleasure !!

A comfortable villa

I 100% recommend this rental.

First of all, the exchanges by email and telephone with the owner for the reservation are warm and reassuring. The villa is just perfect for a good stay with family or friends. It is spacious, bright, very clean. The bathrooms are very pleasant, the bedding comfortable. And the layout in the kitchen is great, there is everything. Despite capricious weather, we had a great family weekend  in this lovely villa. The location is ideal for walking with young and old. Without forgetting Mr Cédric who warmly welcomed us when  we arrived and when we left.

Looking forward, perhaps, to contacting you for a future rental.

Pleasant stay

Well maintained and very well equipped house in terms of kitchen and garden equipment, well located in Ronce. Very friendly welcome. A little surprised on the other hand to have to clean equipment such as ovens, etc... whereas the cleaning option has been taken (in all our other rentals, paying for cleaning means having nothing to clean - without of course leaving it in a state pathetic leaving...). Service in adequacy with the price in any case.

Indeed, we ask our guests to clean themselves the inside of the oven, the microwave, the two refrigerators, as well as the BBQs, because in the past we have encountered major problems with this equipment. Some unscrupulous tenants left them in a “lamentable state” as you so rightly point out. It therefore became materially impossible to completely clean the house before the arrival of the next tenants. We are happy that you still have good memories of your stay at Villa Papili.

Great stay

We had a great stay at Villa Papili. Very spacious house, (the photos do not lie) very very clean, and very very well equipped (better than at home). Very close to the sea and the town...just 5 minutes on foot. Nice welcome from Cédric on our arrival and always excellent telephone contact with the owner Maguy. I highly recommend.

Fantastic

I am dithyrambic,  the house is perfect, spacious, quiet but close to the center and the sea, very well equipped, tastefully decorated. We were 10 a whole family with three generations present, the house proved to be very practical with two independent levels allowing a common intergenerational life without difficulties, each one having its private corner.

Very nice house

We spent a short week with the family for the end of year celebrations in Villa Papili. We were 5 adults and 5 children. The house is really very pleasant, large, clean, functional, very well appointed. 

The living room is large, the games room is well equipped, the bedding is good. As for the location of the villa, it is ideal. Right next to the beach and close to small shops (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy).

Not far from the zoo of Palmyre, the island of Oléron, Royan and La Rochelle. We were extremely well received by Cedric, who is very friendly and available, and the various contacts with the owner were also very good. We recommend this villa in which we really had a very good stay.

Very pleasant stay

A villa ideally located where we had a very pleasant stay despite mixed weather this week of August 15th. This house is very well equipped, nothing is missing, everything has been well thought out to accommodate everyone in good conditions. The hardest part is parking, you should be able to park an extra car in the yard, but we arrived at 4 cars and sometimes a lack of hot water, but we were 14, the maximum number .... we will recommend this house without any problem.

Exceptional stay in a perfect villa

This villa is very pleasant, perfectly clean and well maintained,  recent decoration and very good taste, very well fitted out and  equipped both outside and inside. Its proximity to the beach, downtown entertainment, restaurants and shops  does not compromise the calm and tranquility of the property day and night. A small subjection: install handles to get out of the bathtub  and a ramp to go down to the basement. There are more and more people  with hip or knee prostheses or simply less agile.

"THE" family holiday home

We spent 4 days in this beautiful house, so pleasant and so well located.

We were 3 families, each naturally found their place in the house as if we had known it forever..., even though it was our first stay in this place.

Everything is done to feel comfortable and nothing is missing. The welcome is warm and genuine.
