The accommodation was exactly as described, clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location is ideal. The host was very responsive and welcoming, with little touches that really made a difference. We highly recommend this accommodation and will happily return on our next visit!

What a pleasure it is to cross the street (even if it is a little noisy, to mention one small downside) and find a beautiful sandy beach! Magalie's accommodation is very well designed and renovated. It has all the necessary amenities. The bedding is very comfortable. Everything you need for an excellent stay is provided. Magalie was very welcoming and accommodating when we asked for a few extra items. We recommend this accommodation 100%.

Villa Nidou

The accommodation is brand new (extremely clean, very well equipped, tastefully decorated). The bedding is extremely comfortable in all beds, including the sofa bed. The location is convenient for walking (beach and town center very close by) and well situated for exploring the region: Île d'Oléron, La Palmyre, St-Palais, Royan...

The owners are very friendly, as is the person in charge of the concierge service. We had no problems during our stay. The only downside is that the accommodation is noisy during the day (no problem at night) as it is located along the ocean road, which is very busy during the summer (especially during the first half of August when we stayed). In summary, we recommend this accommodation except for those looking for peace and quiet during their vacation.

We'll be back!

We spent a week with our family and baby at Magalie's place! The photos are accurate, but we found the accommodation even better in real life. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking meals at home. The house has everything you need! We felt right at home. The terrace is great! There is a garden behind the house that we didn't use. The best thing is the beach in front of the house. It's quiet, and the town center with all its amenities is a 10-minute walk away (market, restaurant, mini-markets, etc.). We were able to leave our car in the private parking space for the entire stay. We were welcomed by the concierge at the entrance. Magalie and her family also came to greet us and make sure everything was going well for us! They were all very kind, welcoming, and warm to us! In short, the perfect accommodation for a perfect vacation.
